Duties:

Design and develop new components and modules for tribometers using SolidWorks. Perform quality control tests for tribometer and profilometer products for various deliveries. Perform scientific and technical consultation on mechanical engineering issues with prospective clients, including troubleshooting, training, tool installation, tribology testing, and application consultation. Implement, test, and document mechanical parts for application needs.

Requirements: Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering with course work in engineering materials, continuum mechanics, and design and manufacturing; 1 year’s experience in job offered or as Research Assistant. Salary $113-115K/year.
