The NanoTest Vantage consolidates a comprehensive suite of nanomechanical and tribological techniques within a single, modular platform. A highly adaptable architecture allows users to tailor the instrument to specific research needs, incorporating modules such as nanoindentation, nanoscratch, nano-impact, and SPM/AFM integration. Wide dynamic force range without reconfiguration

Simultaneous integration of low- and high-load heads provides a continuous load range from 0.01 mN to 30 N. This eliminates the need for hardware exchange or recalibration, enabling seamless transition between nano- and micro-scale measurements while maintaining depth-sensing accuracy and experimental efficiency.

Advanced environmental and thermal control

The system offers precise control over temperature, humidity, and atmospheric conditions, including high-temperature testing (choice of upto 500 or up to 850 °C )and sub-ambient operation. Its horizontal loading geometry and active thermal management minimise drift, ensuring reliable measurements under conditions representative of-real-world service environments.
