Vishal Khosla serves as President and CEO of Rtec-Instruments, Inc. He was the founder and has held this position since the company was established. Earlier in his career, he held process engineer position at semiconductor company Nutool Inc., (acquired by ASML), and then Sr. sales position with CETR - Center for Tribology Inc. He earned his Master of Science degree in Material science from University of Florida.
Nick Doe has worked with Rtec-Instruments since it's inception. He is an expert in system engineering and is responsible for all research initiatives and implementation involving electronics and optics. Dr. Doe plays a pivotal role in introducing the latest in the field of engineering and has helps to plot the technology map for several product lines. Dr Doe has several patents to his credit. Dr. Doe started his career in the UK developing the first commercial confocal microscope, then worked at Bio-Rad and Zygo as chief designer for developing systems for the semiconductor and biological applications, he was a founder and CTO of Hyphenated Systems where he developed a new optical profilometer system mainly for semiconductor applications. Dr. Doe earned his MA and Doctorate in Engineering from the Oxford University (Hertford College).
Michael Vinogradov is the VP engineering at Rtec-Instruments. He is responsible for spearheading Rtec's mechanical design team. He has spent more than 20 years in Tribology industry. Earlier in his career, he worked at USSR for sensor design technology, and then he held engineering director position to lead technical design and applications at CETR- Center for Tribology Inc. where he was responsible for design of tribometers and all sensor technology. He holds several patents to his credit.
Jun is a co-founder and serves as Vice President at Rtec Instruments, Inc. He is responsible for spearheading the company's technology roadmap, applications and sales.
His previous work experience includes Argonne National Lab, DOE, and Director at CETR - Center for Tribology Inc. where he led applications and sales. He led a number of product penetrations, including market share growth in various business segments worldwide, and key products development/commercialization.
Jun has more than 20 years of industry experience and a successful track record of delivering customer satisfaction, growing market share and new businesses. He received his Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alaska.
Gautam Char has worked with Rtec-Instruments since it's inception. He is responsible for spearheading the software engineering team. With 20 years of experience in the software & IT in multiple startups and various industries, he plays a pivotal role in the company's digital strategy
